دوو هاوڕێ و ورچێک Two Friends and a Bear

Vijay and Raju were friends. On a holiday they went into a forest. They were enjoying the beauty of nature. Suddenly they saw a bear coming at them. They were frightened.

Raju who knew climbing trees ran up to a tree and climbed up quickly. He did not think of Vijay. Vijay did not know tree climbing.

Vijay thought for a second. He had heard animals do not prefer dead bodies. He fell to the ground and held his breath. The bear sniffed him and thought he was dead. So, he went away.

Raju asked Vijay," What did the bear whisper into your ears?"

Vijay replied, "The bear asked me to keep away from friends like you" and went on his way.

ڤیجەی و ڕاجو دوو هاوڕێ بوون. لە ڕۆژێکی پشودا چون بۆ دارستانێک. بەیەکەوە چێژیان لە جوانی سروشت وەردەگرت کاتێک لە ناکاو وورچێکیان بینی بەرەو ڕوویان دەهات. زۆر ترسان. ڕاجو کە دەیتوانی بە داردا سەربکەوێت، زۆر بە خێرای ڕایکردە سەر دارەکە. هیچ بیری لە ڤیجەی نەکردەوە. ڤیجەی نەیدەتوانی بە داردا سەربکەوێت.

ڤیجەی بۆ چەند چرکەیەک بیریکردەوە. پێشتر بیستبووی کە ئاژەڵەکان حەز بە لاشەی مردوو ناکەن. بۆیە خۆی دا بە زەویدا و هەناسەی لە خۆی بڕی. وورچەکە بۆنی پێوەکرد و وایزانی کە مردووە. بۆیە، ورچەکە ڕۆشت.

ڕاجە لە ڤیجەی پرسی ' ورچەکە چی چرپاند بە گوێتدا؟'

ڤیجەی وەڵامی دایەوە و وتی ' ورچەکە داوای لێکردم کە خۆم لە هاورێی وەک تۆ بەدوور بگرم' و بەڕێگای خۆیدا ڕۆشت.
