IELC seeks to become a pioneer English language center in Kurdistan and the leading and preferred international Centre for training and education.
Mission
The International English Language Center (IELC) is dedicated to offering English courses of outstanding quality to help students from the region, domestically and internationally, achieve their potentials and make a rewarding contribution to their own communities. By assigning highly qualified and committed instructors and by making use of a dynamic and inclusive curriculum, IELC makes the perfect environment for rapid language improvement available.

To offer English Language courses to academics, employees and students from inside and outside the Sulaimani Polytechnic University.
To teach English Language and acquaint learners with the language skills (i.e. Speaking, Listening, Writing, Reading, Grammar).
To design the tailor-made English language courses for speakers of other languages.
To undertake intensive courses in training students and researchers on research methodology and providing them with academic and linguistic excellence that will enable them to generate academic essays effectively.
To seek for effective collaboration with both domestic and international language centers and institutes to provide the Center with language supports that will consolidate the teaching process.
